Very interesting project, i really enjoyed making and designing it, I don't really like making the sprites because I can't draw. Looking forward to learning more code and making my game better. I hope i could use these skills for other things in the future.

    1. Harry I really like this you have outlined your report perfectly so far. My only target is to make sure that you are using a capital I instead of i . Only a minor thing but I would like you to check this and resubmit to the blog. I am looking forward to seeing the outcome of your coding.

I enjoyed making the game and making ideas of what it should be. I didn't like was that we didn't have very long and that we don't have alot of lessons.

    1. Jack two things, I fully take on board your comments about the shortness of time and that you don't have a lot of lessons. This is a big concern I of mine. Your works so far is quite excellent. As a target I would like you to explain how you have researched the Maze game showing links to where you have found materials . Well done!

I enjoyed designing my game. I didn't like how specific I had to be. I am looking forward to finishing my game.

    1. Iona, this is quite excellent - well done! However, I would like to see a conventional step-by-step algorithm describing your game under 'plan'. Please do this and resubmit.

I really enjoyed this project because it has made me understand scratch. I didn't like the amount of time we had on this project.

    1. Genome there is some really good work here. However, as a target, I must ask you to look at your plan and re-write it as some sections are a little confusing (let me explain to you if you don't understand). You need to explain step-by-step what happens when the program is run. When you have done this resubmit to the blog.

Found this project very interesting. A shame that we don't get many IT lessons and i find making the sprites and programming the hardest.

    1. Archie your work is really detailed - well done! Hopefully by the end of this project you will understand variables, conditional statements and loops. Unfortunately, while I like your ideas you need to spend some time sorting out your grammar e.g. Sentences starting with a capital letter and ending in a full stop. Your target is to carefully re-write your report making sure that you have capital letters and full stops in the correct places. Resubmit to the blog when done.

i really enjoyed this project because it has taught me about scratch and writing user requirements. i didnt enjoy the time limit

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Eden I am not sure what you mean by time limit, perhaps you could explain. However, I do like your work although I find your user requirements a little confusing as they have lots of detail.

      TARGET

Re-write your user requirements making sure that you mention:

      Your sprites(s)
      How they score points
      How the game is won
      Background scene(s)

    1. Jack I am really sorry that you seem to have had problems with logging on to the new computer system. However, your work so far is excellent - I particularly like your algorithm. Can Insuggest though that you carefully check your grammar making sure that all the capital letters and full stops are in the right place. Please resubmit when you have done this.

i have really enjoyed my ict lessons,i didn't understand what the user requirments, i am looking foward to developing my skills

    ReplyDelete
  17. Owen - thanks for your positive remarks. I am confused that you do not understand the term 'user requirements'. These are basically what your computer program is expected to do. You have outlined these perfectly. What I would like you yo look at again though is your grammar. Remember sentences and ttles start with capital letters.

    TARGET

Check your work to date making sure that all sentences start with capital letters and have full stops.

Make sure that all titles have a capital letter to start and are in bold.
